Anne Vaughan was a career civil servant until her retirement in December 2018. She was Deputy Secretary in the Department of Employment Affairs and SocialProtection for almost 8 years where she had responsibility for policy development and service delivery in relation to working age payments. She also had a specific focus on governance. Since retirement Anne has been involved in a variety of activities including mentoring and coaching. She has a particular interest in social policy and holds a M.Sc. in Public Sector Analysis. Anne is enjoying the opportunity that retirement gives her to do different things.
