Denise became Director of Operations & Service Development for Cheeverstown Services in January 2020. She first joined the senior management team in 2017 with key areas of responsibility including residential supports, respite supports and day services.
Denise qualified as a general nurse in 2000 and has many years of management experience. Before joining Cheeverstown, she was part of the directorate leadership team in the position of Directorate Nurse Manager for Neurosciences, ENT, Ophthalmology and Cochlear Implant services with Beaumont acute service. In addition to holding a primary degree in nursing, Denise holds a Higher Diploma in Neuroscience Nursing and a MSc in Leadership & Organisational Change.
Denise is passionate about leading a service that is values driven, and looks forward to working in partnership with the people we support, families and staff as the service evolves over the coming years to a more community based service.
Denise is married with two children, and enjoys music and travelling.
