Roger is a highly experienced Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft Ireland, with over 25 years of expertise in software engineering and management. He currently leads a team of Software Engineers at the Microsoft OneDrive and Sharepoint group in Dublin, where he is responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers worldwide. As a member of the Microsoft Ireland Site Leadership Team, Roger provides strategic support to multiple Teams, leveraging his extensive knowledge in building and leading high-performing teams and promoting a culture of growth mindset and continuous learning and development.
